Safety concern: A neighbor reported being followed into our neighborhood by a Middle Age White Male driving a Blue Toyota Corolla with an out of state license plate on 8/10 at 2:22pm. The neighbor noticed they were being followed from their previous location and was being dropped off at home by his girlfriend. The Blue car followed them down 17th street and passed them slowly. When his girlfriend drove off the blue car turned around and drove quickly towards her. She tried to lose him and eventually pulled over at Target in which he followed her in to the parking lot. The driver called for support and the male driving the blue car was chased off. A police report was made and it was shared that they had multiple reports of similar incidents involving this man today. Unfortunately it sounds like the police can’t do much at this point but the behavior was very concerning. Thank you to the neighbors involved for sharing their story so that we can all be vigilant and keep Carrington Place and our loved ones safe 🙏🏻 And if you see something, say something!

Hello! We have an important meeting coming up on Wednesday July 23rd 2025 at 6:30pm that requires a vote. It is crucial that we get enough votes as the meeting the board held on June 25th 2025 did not reach quorum. If you haven’t voted yet, there is still time! For extra convenience and encouragement, our HOA Secretary, Amber, will be coming around Sunday with ballots in hand if you would like to place your vote and have your ballot turned in on your behalf. That’s how important this vote is to promote long-term sustainability of our community resources. Questions? Send us a message :)

Hi neighbors! Friendly reminder to please drive slow in the neighborhood. We had a dog get hit by a car that was going too fast and sustained severe injuries requiring surgery and hospitalization. It could have just as easily been a child. Please drive slow and stay observant and keep our neighborhood safe for all to enjoy :)
