History of the Club
The Old Coots on Scoots is a Historic Sanctioned Charter of the AMA, Sanction #6911.

George Harris Tucker founded the Group in 1947 for the sole purpose of just having fun while riding with his motorcycle friends. George rode with the group until his death in 1951 (RIP). In 1984 George's son, Daniel M. Tucker reformed the Old Coots on Scoots in Santa Rosa, California, until his death on April 25, 2011 (RIP). David L. Allen will now take over for his father Daniel . There are appro

ximately 67 active Charters in the United States as well as Internationally, and still growing. All Members are Lifetime, as once you are an Old Coot or Biddy, you will ALWAYS BE an Old Coot or Biddy!!

**This is NOT a Motorcycle Club**

**It does NOT matter if you are Male or Female**

**It does NOT matter what kind of motorcycle or scooter you ride**

**You will NOT have to Prospect to become a member**

**You will NOT have to attend any Monthly meetings or Mandatory rides**

**NO By-laws to follow and NO Officers to answer to**

**We promote Motorcycle Safety and Safe Group Rides**

**Most of our rides are local**

**Ride whenever you want to**

**Members of other Clubs or Groups are always welcome to ride with us**

***The only RULES are you must have a motorcycle, the Majority Rules, and if it is NOT fun, we're NOT doing it***
