Some parents choose to combine breastfeeding and formula feeding, and that’s perfectly okay! This approach can offer flexibility and still ensures your baby gets the nourishment they need!

Things to remember when combo feeding:
- Establish a routine, try breastfeeding when you’re both relaxed and use formula for other feeds
- Pace bottle feeds, hold the bottle horizontally and let your baby take breaks to avoid overfeeding
- Parenting is demanding, practice self-care!

Coordinated Entry has walk-in hours throughout the community for those who are experiencing homelessness.

Today there will be no walk-ins at the Thurston County Hub due to the Block Party. Stop by for dozens of resources from the community and services like hair cuts, veterinary grooming, vaccines, and more!

Tomorrow, Coordinated Entry walk-ins will be at the following:
- Franklin St. Harm Reduction, 9:00am-11:00am
- Veteran's Hub (Veterans Only), 10:00am-12:00pm
- ROOF (Rochester Families Only), 2:00pm-4:00pm
