New flyer. Thoughts?

So here's the deal. We (Amanda Navares and I) are starting this record label.
We want it to be community based: Once every 2 weeks there will be a songwriting prompt. Artists and songwriters will use this prompt to write a song and submit it to our (almost existent) website, and the community will vote on which song is their favorite.
What's up for grabs? One of six headlining spots in our quarterly "battle of the bands," as well as a free demo - we record, produce, and distribute it.
