Today, June 6, we pause to remember one of the most significant days in military history—D-Day.

Eighty-two years ago, brave Allied service members stormed the beaches of Normandy, facing overwhelming odds in defense of freedom and the hope of a better future. Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment changed the course of history.

As members, veterans, families, and supporters, we honor those who answered the call, those who never returned home, and those whose sacrifices continue to inspire generations.

May we never forget their valor, their service, and the price of liberty.

🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We carry their legacy forward.

💜The Power of Connection💜

One of the greatest lessons learned in military service is that no one succeeds alone. We rely on one another, watch out for one another, and stand together through challenges.

As we recognize PTSD Awareness Month, let us remember that the spirit of camaraderie does not end when the uniform comes off.

A simple phone call, a conversation over coffee, a check-in message, or an invitation to connect can make a meaningful difference in someone's day. Small acts of kindness and genuine connection help strengthen the bonds that unite our veteran and military communities.

To our Purple Heart recipients, veterans, service members, caregivers, and families: thank you for continuing to support one another with compassion, understanding, and respect.

Together, we can foster a community where every individual feels valued, connected, and never forgotten.

You Don't Have to Carry It Alone

Many veterans and Purple Heart recipients have faced experiences that few others can fully understand. While those experiences may leave lasting impacts, they do not define who we are.

During PTSD Awareness Month, we want to remind our military community that strength is not measured by silence. Strength is found in resilience, connection, and the willingness to reach out when support is needed.
Whether you're a veteran, family member, caregiver, or friend, your compassion and understanding can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

A simple conversation, a listening ear, or a reminder that someone matters can help break down barriers and create pathways toward healing.

Together, we can continue building a community where every veteran feels valued, supported, and empowered.

For years, mental health professionals have highlighted how colors signal specific human traits, characteristics, and values.

In military terms, purple represents the exact harmony of courage and calm in the midst of intense pressure. It requires precise movement to act surgically and effectively—a true testament to discipline, sound judgment, and deep intuition.

Our Purple Heart recipients are no different. While the Purple Heart is one of our nation's highest and most distinguished recognitions, it is not just the medal that carries weight. It is the profound values and heroic actions of our service members that quietly define the true meaning of the color we see.

To our Purple Heart recipients: we owe you a debt of gratitude that can never be fully repaid. To our dedicated supporters: thank you for standing alongside us to honor their sacrifice. Together, we keep their legacy alive. 💜🎖️
