It's time to sort through your home and garage for metal, as Ray May will be coordinating with "Scrap Metal John" for a pick up on Monday, Sept. 22nd. Please read the flyer on your porch for his number, so John will know where to stop. We will be keeping lots of metal out of the landfill!

The idea of having a convex mirror at the corner of 65th and Glenwood to improve safety was proposed by Kate T. a year or so ago, but for some reason it just didn't happen. Last week, less than 48 hours after the board approved appropriating funds to purchase a mirror, Chris M. had it ordered and installed (and perfectly!). Wowza!!!
