Congratulations on your Retirement Deputy Russell! 🎉

Please join us in celebrating the career of Deputy Russell, who is retiring after 32 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Thurston County.

Deputy Russell is the recipient of multiple awards, to include a Life Saving Award and Distinguished Service Commendation for rescuing a woman trapped in a house fire and a commendation for the rescue of a 3 year old in 2015.

Deputy Russell has served as a Narcotics Detective, Bicycle Patrol Deputy, SWAT team operator, Civil Unit, and Clandestine M**h Lab team member. Deputy Russell also served as a prominent fi****ms instructor for TCSO and the state academy.

Deputy Russell will be missed, but we are happy he is off to his well deserved retirement.
