Richland County ROSC

Richland County ROSC Our ROSC Council is a community-driven team dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals in recovery.

Creating a healthier community by centering individuals with lived experience in mental health and substance use challenges and collaborating with agencies, businesses, and community partners to close gaps and support individuals and families in recovery. We bring together local law enforcement, the county jail, healthcare providers, people with lived experience, probation and pretrial services, t

he criminal justice system, and community outreach partners to create a coordinated and compassionate network of care. Together, we work to reduce barriers, promote recovery-friendly resources, provide education, and advocate for meaningful solutions that help individuals build healthy, sustainable lives. By combining professional expertise with the voices of those who have walked the journey themselves, we strengthen our community’s ability to support recovery at every step. Our mission is simple: to build a community where recovery is understood, supported, and celebrated — one person, one family, and one connection at a time. As a non-profit agency, we rely on the support of our community and county to help fund these efforts and bring our vision forward.

Love looks different in recovery.

It looks like second chances.
It looks like hard conversations.
It looks like showing up even on the tough days.
It looks like connection, reaching out, leaning in, and walking alongside one another.

This Valentine’s Day, we celebrate the courage of individuals in recovery, the dedication of families, and the strength of a community that believes healing is possible.

Recovery is built on connection, compassion, and hope. That is what ROSC is all about. When we come together, we remind each other that no one has to do this alone.

You are worthy.
You are valued.
You are never alone.

Happy Valentine’s Day from your Richland County ROSC 💙

💙 Building Recovery Together 💙

Our ROSC Council is more than a meeting. We are a growing group of community members who believe recovery is stronger when it is supported, understood, and shared.

We bring together people with lived experience, public health, justice partners, service providers, and community leaders who all share one goal: creating real and meaningful improvements that make recovery possible for everyone.

Together, we are working toward a community where recovery is supported at every level. One person, one family, and one connection at a time.

Follow our page, share our mission, and be part of the change.

Recovery is stronger when we come together

Our mission is simple to build a community where recovery is understood, supported, and celebrated one person, one family, and one connection at a time.

Our Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) Council is a community driven team dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals in recovery. We bring together local law enforcement, the county jail, healthcare providers, probation and pretrial services, the criminal justice system, community outreach partners, and most importantly people with lived experience to create a coordinated and compassionate network of care.

Together, we work to reduce barriers, promote recovery friendly resources, provide education, and advocate for meaningful solutions that help individuals build healthy, sustainable lives. By combining professional expertise with the voices of those who have walked the journey themselves, we strengthen our community’s ability to support recovery at every step.

As a non profit agency, we rely on the support of our community and county to help fund these efforts and bring this vision forward. If you believe in recovery, you believe in hope and healing for our whole community. Thank you for standing with us.
