For those with dogs… be careful walking dogs near the garages. They power washed some and there is a ton of fiberglass on the ground. This can work it’s way into the pads of dogs and cause serious problems.

Animal Reminders! With Spring around the corner, we will see an increase in stray/feral cats. Do your part:

The Township has ordinances prohibiting dogs and cats from running at large. Additionally, dogs and cats must have a rabies vaccination after the age of six months. Dogs must also must have a valid registration through the County Auditor.

Please consider spaying and neutering your pets. Animals, especially cats, can reproduce quickly. A pet cat that has a chance encounter with a feral mate can lead to big problems for homeowners and a life of neglect. Keep your cats inside the house for safety.

Other items of consideration involving our pets:
If you find, lose or encounter an injured or deceased animal please contact the Police Department. This assists officers in reuniting lost pets.

Please pick up pet waste if you walk your dogs to do their business.

Leash laws apply in all public areas of the city!
Don’t leave your dog in the car. This can be deadly as temperatures rise and fall.

Consider getting your pets chipped. This will greatly increase the chance that your pet will be returned as quickly as possible.

Good Morning Cambridge Township Unit Owners,

The Annual Meeting scheduled for tonight (June 9th) is being rescheduled. We have received a low amount of proxies and have been informed by several other members that they will not be in attendance. In November upon legal advice, we had to reschedule that Annual Meeting due to the lack of quorum. In an effort to avoid having some owners come out and not be able to hold the meeting again, it will be rescheduled and we hope to receive more proxies to be able to hold the meeting on the new date. As soon as a new date is confirmed, a new notice will be sent out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

After speaking with M2Managment it seems that our Board still controls the vendors.

M2M
I wanted to let you know that we are discussing these issues with the snow removal company. This is the same contract and company used prior to M2 Management Group managing the association. The Board still determines the contracts and vendors used at the association as M2 does not make any decisions for the association.

Therefore it seems the the Board has once again failed our community.

I would strongly sugggests that when it comes time to vote for new officer for the board, we do!!

The lack of care and concern for our Heath and safety is appalling.

The condo owerns need to get together to discuss the complete and utter failure or M2M Management. Fees went up and since they took over barely any plowing services!!!

This is completely unacceptable!! Never has it been this bad. Such a disgrace!!

The Board of Directors needs to act soon!!
