We are excited to announce a partnership with Breaking Through Intensive Therapy!

Their Team will be putting on a FREE warm-up clinic for all participants and their parents of our upcoming Summer Run League!

This FREE clinic will teach kids and parents the dos and do nots of a proper warm-up, and parents will get to see first hand what warm-ups will be done with their kids during practice this Summer!

The clinic will take place in the parking lot at their office on Thursday, June 8 from 5:30PM - 6:30PM!

This Summer League is going to be a great tool for all kids looking to stay active, healthy, and conditioned over the Summer! Plus, they get to compete in three competitive races in July! The sign up for this free clinic is at the link below!

We are excited to announce a brand new Summer Running League for our youth runners in the Olmsted Communities!

The OSRL is for girls and boys entering into grades 3-8 (as of Fall 2023)!

This is NOT just a club or camp, this is a legitimate Youth League where kids have practices, however, will also run and compete in three races starting in July!

Awards will be given to the top 3 Female and Male runners in each grade at the end of the season!

The cost for the league is $125 which includes registration into the Red2Blue Station Run here Olmsted Township on Sunday, July 9 and the Guardian Mile which is run over the Guardian Bridge and is on Saturday, July 29, a league soft style t-shirt, custom league water bottle, and a snack for your kid at the end of each practice!

The League will start Monday, June 12th!

Grades 3,4, and 5 will meet Mon/Wed from 9:30AM - 11:00AM
Grades 6, 7, and 8 will meet Tues/Thursday from 9:30AM - 11:00AM

Practices for everyone will be held behind Falls Lenox!

Each grade is limited to 20 girls and 20 boys! Registration opens tomorrow, Friday, May 19th!

Our 6th Grade Spring 23 Spirit Run Club wrapped up today with their practice 5k!

The team did an amazing job and are ready for Sundays Olmsted Spirit 5k!

Thank you to the parents who came out to help volunteer and Coach Andre for helping out as an assistant coach this Spring!

A huge shoutout to Kevin Ebenger and Frontline Soccer Shop for creatine our 6th grade run club jerseys! They turned out great!

The team will earn these at the end of their practice 5k tomorrow and will wear them if they are running in the Olmsted Spirit 5k this Sunday!

***Looking for assistant run club coaches for potential youth summer running league!!!!****

We are working on a summer running youth league for grades 3-8.

It will begin roughly a week after summer breaks starts for OFCS. It will run 6 weeks (mid-June - end of July) and will include two organized races the kids will compete in (included in registration fee), along with weekly competitions between the runners in each grade level.

Each grade level will meet with their coach 3x a week (Tuesday-Thursday). We will split the sessions into grades 3, 4, and 5 and 6, 7, 8. Both sessions will be 75 minutes in length and take place in the morning.

Details on where we will meet, meeting times, and cost are still being worked out.

What we are looking for now are people who would like to coach. Two coaches for the 3-5th grade group, and two coaches for the 6-8th grade group. Each coach will receive compensation for their time. Coaching experience is preferred, however, the program will be outlined for you, so if lacking experience, a desire and commitment to want to lead these youth groups is welcomed too!

Assistant coaches can be responsible high school aged kids as well!
