All hail your 2026 Adult Prom King & Queen… Mark and Jane Goodheart!

Now, many of us know Mark as Otis’s longtime principal, and Jane was 1973 Miss Kansas, but what we absolutely love is seeing this amazing couple out on the dance floor—staying up into the wee hours, dancing, laughing, and just soaking up every second of the night together.

The joy, the energy, the giggles… it was contagious. And clearly, we weren’t the only ones who adored them—the crowd felt it too!

This is what it’s all about, friends. Fun, connection, and making memories with the very best people.

Congrats, Mark & Jane—you truly stole the show!

While the adults are busy planning this big, fancy prom, something even sweeter is happening right here in Olmitz.

The kids have come up with their own way to help—they’re out selling lemonade, raising money for the park fund… all on their own idea.

No one asked them to. No one told them they had to. They just saw something good taking shape in their community and decided they wanted to be part of it.

And honestly, this is what the park project has always been about.

It’s not just about swings, slides, or a place to gather. It’s about building something that brings people together, inspires pride, and shows the next generation what it means to care about where you live.

Watching these kids step up like this? That’s the real win.

If you get a chance, stop by, grab a cup of lemonade, and support them. You’re not just helping a park—you’re encouraging something really special. 💛

We are so excited for you to see everything we’ve put together and to celebrate an unforgettable night—all while supporting the building of our park.
