Police Officer Dispatcher Victoria Pinasco was surprised at work with her National Dispatcher Award at the Chico Police Department Dispatch Center by Past District Commander Mike DiGiordano. Chico Police Chief Billy Aldridge helped facilitate the surprise. The award came with a check for $500. The Deoartment is already working on their LE/FF/EMT entries for this year.
