~ On Tuesday (3/17/26) Rotary Club of Olive Branch welcomed Kathleen Downing.
~She’s an educator at Lewisburg High School.
~She has passionately taught Art for the past 8 years and is currently in her 2nd year running the interact club there as well.
~Kathleen, along with the Interact students,has helped with organizing a Nationwide Fundraiser called “Empty Bowls”that has been a Huge success the past few years.
~To help them reach their goal, the Empty Bowl Fundraiser for Lewisburg Interact Club will be held at Lewisburg High School on April 10,2026, from 5pm-10pm.

We are looking for sponsors for Empty Bowls!

Empty Bowls is our largest student-led fundraiser of the year. Ticket purchasers gain entry to a soup dinner (donated by local restaurants) and a handmade ceramic bowl! All proceeds go to Desoto County food pantries and services.
