Dear Homeowners -

Please mark your calendars for the HOA annual picnic for 2016.

It will be held at 4pm on Saturday June 11 in the cove on Sunset Ridge.

At the end of the picnic, we will come to order and hold a meeting to nominate and elect board members for the homeowners association.

This is our only face-to-face meeting scheduled for the year. Please try to attend in person.

Richard Powell and Angela Sanders will organize the picnic. They would appreciate any help from volunteers.

We will send out a reminder at the date gets closer.

The officers of the homeowners association will host a conference call each quarter. The conference calls are open to all homeowners.

Every call will follow the same basic format:
1. Old business, outstanding issues, follow-ups from previous meeting
2. New business
3. Open floor - Discussion, Questions, Comments from homeowners

We will try to keep the calls brief and to the point. This is a quick and convenient way to stay informed about what is happening in the HOA and to voice concerns in a setting with other homeowners in attendance.

The conference call will be held on the first Saturday (except for holidays) of each quarter going forward. The dates and times are below.

Jan 30, 2016 - 10am
Apr 2, 2016 - 4pm
July 9, 2016 - 10am
Oct 1, 2016 - 4pm

Please remember the annual dues are $100 and made payable to CPHOA (Carter's Plantation Homeowners Association). The HOA fee is due on Jan 1 of each year.
