Congratulations to Kevin. He is also very dedicated to our organization and the entire Oley Valley community.

🏆 Congratulations to our 2026 Heritage Award winner, Kevin Bieber of the Oley Valley Community Fair, PA!

For 42 years, Kevin has been dedicated to the Oley Valley Community Fair, serving as treasurer or president since his election in 1995. Following in the footsteps of his parents, who helped establish the fair in 1947, Kevin has played an important role in its continued growth, including helping design, fund, and build the Oley Valley Fair Centre.

His commitment extends beyond his local fair. Kevin serves on the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Association of County Fairs and volunteers in the Family Living Department of the Pennsylvania Farm Show.

Through his dedication to preserving the fair’s agricultural and community heritage while helping lead it into the future, Kevin has made a lasting impact on the Oley Valley Community Fair and the fair industry.

👏 Congratulations, Kevin, on this well-deserved honor!

Thank you to our Heritage Award sponsor, Haas & Wilkerson Insurance!

Today we participated in a Trunk or Treat event sponsored by the Earl Township Vol. Fire Co. No.1. The rain didn't keep the kids aways. Was a great day interacting with the community.
