The Great Pumpkin: My pal Eric Jones, noted sculptor who has done all those Buffalo Bills snow sculptures, has done it again. This time he has carved a dragon masterpiece from a 400 pound pumpkin. This is on display at Myers Farmstead in Kane, Pennsylvania. He carved this on Sunday there, taking a little more than three hours to complete. Eric is offering 3D pumpkin carving classes to benefit ThePinkPumpkinProject.org for breast cancer awareness. These sessions will be in Olean, NY in October 10, 14, 15 and 17 at 6:00pm. Eric is a Food Network champion, incredibly talented artist from West Clarksville, NY. Eric Jones Studios
