🚨 Registration for RACCA's 2026-2027 Apprenticeship Program Opens June 22! 🚨

Looking to develop the next generation of HVAC professionals?

RACCA's highly respected Apprenticeship Program will begin accepting applications for the 2026-2027 class year starting Monday, June 22. This proven four-year program combines classroom instruction with real-world, on-the-job training to prepare apprentices for successful careers in Residential and Light Commercial HVAC.

✅ 624 classroom hours
✅ 8,000 hours of on-the-job training
✅ Industry-recognized journeyman credential upon completion
✅ Designed to create more skilled, productive, and valuable HVAC professionals

⚠️ Classes fill quickly each year, so interested employers and apprentices are encouraged to apply early.

RACCA was proud to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of this year’s graduating class as they completed an important milestone in their careers within the HVACR industry.

Over the course of the program, these apprentices committed countless hours to classroom instruction and hands-on training, building the knowledge and skills that will help shape the future of our industry. Their dedication to learning and professional growth reflects the strong future of the trades here in Florida.
