Old Business:
OCC Donation given in Memory Plaque is completed and hanging in the Lobby of the OCC.
The OCC sign has been placed below the new Museum sign located on the east side of town.
The E-bike Raffle ticket sales have been going well. The raffle drawing will be held on Sunday, August 9th during the breakfast.
Roger reported that we received $2500 from the Alliance Communications" Keep the Change" grant.
There have been no evidence of the bats since early July. We are hoping they have moved on!
VBS for children in grades K-6th grade is being held on Saturday, July 15 from 5-dark. Pastor Caleb and crew will be hosting the VBS with inflateables, goodies, and good message for the children.
Thank you Roger and Katie Eide for donating the fans purchased last month.
Perry Electric will be in touch later in August to come look at and give us a ballpark estimate for putting in A/C
Still waiting to hear back from the National Guard Band as to an April date for them to come for a fundraiser
Roof update: Estimate is $48,200 and so far we have raised $37,000. Thank you for your continued support for this project.

New Business:

Curt Neises with Northstar Insurance did our annual insurance review. Thankfully our premium will remain the same with no increase for this next year. He suggested to consider adding Board Coverage at a cost of $1500-2000/year. No decision was made on that.
The OCC is hosting a Potato Day Brunch Fundraiser on Sunday, August 9th from 9:30-Noon (note time change). We will be serving Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Carmel Rolls, Fresh Fruit, OJ, Coffee, & Water. Drawing for the E-Bike Raffle will be held around 11:30 am. All are welcomed!
Discussed what we could do for possible future events. Some possiblities included Halloween party, chili cookoff with raffle, wild game feed, talent show with ice cream social, bingo night with prizes, and chase the ace. If anyone has any other suggestions please contact a OCC board member.
Heat Exchanger in the lobby and kitchen as a crack. Larry will check on pricing to replace it.
Myron gave an update on the SDIC. Pastor Caleb will be hosting a one day VBS on Saturday, August 15 for grades K-6 from 5-dark. We had the winning bid on the scoreboard. Once painted and hung (winter project) the OCC will officially have 2 scoreboards in place.

Next Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 4pm at the OCC lunchroom.

Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Larry Mortinsen and seconded by Myron Moen. Motion passed.
