C3's 3rd Annual Santa Trot - 5k! is on Saturday December 12, 2026. It includes the following events: Santa Trot 5K (timed), Little Elf Run, Youth 1-Mile (timed), and Santa Trot 5K (untimed).

C3 Caring Community Collaborative had an amazing time at the Touch-A-Truck & Firefighter Chili Cook-Off!

🔥 Five local fire departments went head-to-head, serving up their best chili—and YOU voted for your favorite!

🥁🥁🥁 DRUMROLL PLEASE…

🏆 The 2026 Chili Cook-Off WINNER is LIBERTY FIRE DEPARTMENT! 🏆

🌶️ If you voted for Chili #3 today—this was YOUR winner! The people voted, and Liberty Fire Department came out on top! Congratulations! 👏🔥

A huge THANK YOU to all of the fire departments, volunteers, families, and community members who came out and made this event such a success. ❤️

On September 19, Caring Community Collaborative hosted a Food With Friends event at West Chester Presbyterian Church. More than 60 families were impacted by learning how to stretch food budgets and practiced actual food preparation!

This year, we’re taking Santa Trot to the next level with a full 5K course and, for the first time, runners can choose to have their race officially timed -- with top times receiving official Santa Trot medals!

Join us tomorrow for the Takeover with Michelle Robinson! We will be collecting items for Santa's Senior Shoeboxes. Last year, we delivered gift boxes to over 450 seniors in Butler County. Attached is the list of items we need for donations. Please consider swinging by, making a donation of items and start the holiday cheer early!

Join C3 on Thursday, July 30th for a very special Takeover at the Square! We will begin our holiday collection for Santa's Senior Shoeboxes, while serving b**r during the Michelle Robinson concert!

We will be collecting items for our seniors all night! Please consider bringing fleece blankets, socks and gloves, personal hygiene items -- along with other items listed in the image!
