The River Coalition is a member of the Partnership for Healthy Northern Penobscot County along with the Katahdin Area Partnership and the SPRINT for Life Coalition. These coalitions together form a Healthy Maine Partnership serving Northern Penobscot County from Old Town to Patten, ME.
