🌾 FOUNDING RENTOR/TENANT WISHLIST ANDERSON CROSSROADS 🌾
As we continue restoring this special place in Old Town, Florida, we’re dreaming beyond just buildings. We’re envisioning a curated Old Florida farmstead village — a place rooted in history, community, craftsmanship, gathering, and good things grown slowly. As we begin this restoration journey, we want to start connecting with people who may someday want to call Anderson Crossroads home. We are beginning to build our Founding Vendor Wishlist and would love to hear from local dreamers, makers, growers, and community-builders interested in future rental spaces. Over the next week or two, we’ll be meeting with our architect to begin thinking through how these spaces will come to life. Because of that, we would love to begin connecting with people who may someday want to call Anderson Crossroads home. We’re especially looking for people aligned with the spirit of:

We’re not building a strip plaza. We’re dreaming of a place that feels like it has always belonged here — a curated Old Florida farmstead village where families gather, local businesses grow, and generations make memories together. We were so busy having fun and selling products and shopping, we didn’t get any pics today at the Evergreen Market!! If you happened to come and take any videos or pictures, would you please drop them below or send them to us? We are already looking forward to next month!!

What an awesome day!! We can’t be more excited with how our first event with Evergreen Market turned out! Arialle Gray does an amazing job and works so hard to put this event together so that our locals have a place to shop and sale, and even better, to connect with our community! Go ahead and mark your calendars for June 20th for the next market at Anderson Crossroads!

We’re doing some research and where better to get straight facts than social media?! Who remembers when the beautiful red brick on the old building was painted? Bonus points if you know why they decided to paint it! Was it to help with preservation or for aesthetics? Tell us what you know!
