AngelRide Angel Charities presents AngelRide, a bicycling event to benefit children's charities. Since 2019, and during both Covid years, AngelRide supports The Arthur C.

AngelRide is presented by Angel Charities, Inc., an all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. For 15 years AngelRide provided unique, creative, fun, and challenging cycling events raising over 6 million dollars for the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and specifically their Hospital Outreach Program. Luf Children's Burn Camp operated by The CT Burns Care Foundation. AngelRide gathers for a 1-day eve

nt offering multiple cycling routes for all ages and abilities. Volunteers provide exceptional support at the Start, along the route, and at the Finish. AngelRide Remote invites cyclists of all kinds, runners, and walkers to participate from their hometown. At Burn Camp, children ages 8-18 who have life-altering burn injuries attend free of charge. Counselors are volunteers from emergency and medical professions, adult burn survivors, campers who return as counselors, teachers, and other caring adults. Burn Camp is where young burn survivors can be free. Free from stares, free from questions. The Camp moto is "the freedom to be a kid". Campers enjoy archery, waterfront, improv, creative space, hiking, field games, ropes course, sleeping in cabins or lean-to's and roasting marshmallows. An organic form of therapy takes place by being with other children and adults who have been through the same trauma and recovery. Campers form lasting relationships that sustain them in their life's journey. Challenging ourselves, connecting with our community, making a difference in a child's life, that's why we AngelRide. With a loving heart, we announce the closure of Angel Charites and AngelRide. We are overjoyed that you joined us on this journey! Each of you played an impactful role in fulfilling our mission to help children heal. AngelRide's 20-year effort has led to gifting over 6 million dollars to The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp Hospital Outreach Program and almost 4 hundred thousand dollars to The Arthur C. Luf Children's Burn Camp! We thank you for your dedication, your joyful spirit, and your friendship.

We hope you will carry in your hearts this poem recited at the Start of every AngelRide benefitting The Hold in the Wall Gang Camp.
