Oakwoods Parkway Homeowners Of Old Bridge

Avalon Bay received approval last night from our Planning Board from all members other than Madam Chairwoman Barbara Cannon. We would like to Thank Madam Cannon for understanding Old Bridge residents concerns.

Oakwoods Parkway will only be used for emergency vehicles, with a motorized gate and attached fence around the back parameter.

Avalon Bay still has some conditions they need to agree too which if they don't will then take this issue to court.

As Homeowners, we need to get involved. We need to be aware of the changes coming to our hometown.
