We want to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us through the SUP process and for your patience as we have been working through all the stipulations. We still have more to do; at the same time, we are excited that we are going to open up our donation drop-off lane on Saturday, October 10th, from 10:00 am – 1:30 pm. We are starting with temporary signs and instructions as our permanent ones are being worked through. If you have been holding those larger amounts of items (we are not able to take furniture), this is the perfect time to bring them by! Our normal donation drop-off times for non-food items will be 9:30 am – 4:30 pm, M - F, and the second Saturday of every month from 10:00 am – 1:30 pm. It is vital that non-food items only be dropped off during this time. Items left outside after hours will be pulled up on the cameras, reported as illegal dumping, and will be prosecuted. Please remember, this is part of our SUP agreement. October 10th is also our 2nd, Saturday we have had in our new location. We have been providing this for almost 9 years! If you have been interested in finding out how you can get involved, want to volunteer, or want to find out how you can help, we are having a volunteer opportunity meeting tomorrow from 8:30 am – 9:30 am (we are not open to the public during this time). We also invite you to stay and help us with our Second Saturday. No sign-up is necessary; just show up and join us. Starfish Project Foundation is the community serving the community.
