HPC was proud to participate in AdventHealth’s inaugural Free Health Clinic on Saturday, Oct. 10! 💙

It was a busy and rewarding morning as our team connected with community members, scheduled primary care appointments and shared information about HPC’s medical, dental and behavioral health services.

More than 180 people received free health care and support during the event, thanks to AdventHealth, community partners and more than 100 volunteers working together to improve access to care.

HPC is proud to be a strategic partner of AdventHealth, and we appreciate their continued commitment to addressing health care access for low-income and uninsured residents throughout Johnson County and beyond.

Together, we’re helping connect more people with the care and resources they need to live healthier lives. ❤️

Thank you to our United Way of Greater Kansas City Relationship Manager, Caitlyn Wells, for stopping by HPC this morning to pick up the check from our annual campaign!

This year’s campaign theme, “United We Thrive,” focused on growing together and making a meaningful impact in our community.

We’re proud to share that HPC staff exceeded our $1,500 fundraising goal, raising an incredible $1,739.05! 🎉

These generous contributions will help support our patients here at HPC while also supporting United Way’s efforts to strengthen and serve our local community.
