YQCA certifications are due by June 15th in order to exhibit in the county fair.
Certification can be done by completing an online training. Families are responsible for printing their YQCA certificate, having it on file with the Extension office, and bringing it to county fair. 🥨The food and drink items offered at the 4‑H Food Stand
🍀How Food Stand proceeds support Johnson County 4‑H members
🤩Eye‑catching artwork, photos, or drawings that will grab fairgoers’ attention

Please submit your design by June 22nd to the 4-H Team so the committee has time to review entries and have posters printed before fair. Look to Clover Clips for links to previous examples and more details.

The Johnson County 4-H Council's "Cards for Hospitalized Kids" service project is in full swing! Cards for Hospitalized Kids distributes empowering and uplifting cards to Children's Hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses in all 50 States.
Check out the latest numbers in the graph below! The club with the most quality cards submitted will receive a donation of $100 from an anonymous donor.

Keep working on those cards and deliver them to the Johnson County Extension Office before or at the July 6th Council Meeting. 🍀

⏰The clock is ticking! Apply today for your chance to be one of the recipients of the Johnson County 4-H Scholarship. Applications are due to the Extension Office by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 22, 2026. 4-H High School Seniors and 4-H Alumni applying for this scholarship must be the criteria:

✅Must be or have been a Johnson County 4-H’er within the past four years
✅Must have been a 4-H Club member for a minimum of five years
