🏈 Meet Thomas Lott — Co-Founder of TNT Training Days 🏈
Thomas Lott’s legacy is one of excellence, perseverance, and leadership. A standout athlete from San Antonio, Texas, Thomas earned a scholarship to the University of Oklahoma, where he became the first Black starting quarterback in OU history.
From 1976–1978, Thomas led the Sooners as their starting QB, helping secure three consecutive conference championships and earning multiple honors, including Two-Time All-Conference and 1978 Quarterback of the Year. He went on to play professionally after being drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals.
Beyond the field, Thomas has dedicated over 40 years to coaching and mentoring athletes at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels, helping countless young men earn scholarships and achieve success in life.
Now, through TNT Training Days, Thomas continues that mission — investing in the next generation with wisdom, structure, and a championship mindset.

💥 Meet Terry Peters — Co-Founder of TNT Training Days 💥
Terry Peters’ journey is rooted in discipline, grit, and championship excellence. A native of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Terry went on to play football at the University of Oklahoma, where he was a two-time College Football National Champion (1974 & 1975) as part of one of the most dominant programs in the nation.
Following his collegiate career, Terry continued playing professionally in the Canadian Football League with the Montreal Alouettes, before transitioning into a successful career in sales and marketing, working with nationally recognized companies including Nabisco and Coca-Cola.
Today, Terry brings a lifetime of leadership, accountability, and real-world experience to TNT Training Days, where his passion is developing young athletes not only on the field, but in mindset, character, and life preparation.
