Hey Chapel Creek family. I just noticed some kids playing in the drainage basin. Just thought I’d let you know we don’t know the source of the water. It is coming from the south side of Hefner and it is definitely not rainwater 😜.

Chapel Creek family don’t forget Coit’s Food Truck will be at the pool this evening.

Chapel Creek Family, the Annual Member Meeting will be held September 1, 2026, at Francis Tuttle Rockwell Campus, in the main building, A1011 Tuttle Theater. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm.

A mail out was sent earlier this month that included the Agenda and Proxy Vote form. If you cannot attend, please complete the Proxy form and give it to a homeowner planning to attend the meeting.

The Board of Directors is also looking for a volunteer Treasurer and a Secretary. These positions do not vote at Board Meetings but should attend each meeting when possible. You must be a homeowner in Chapel Creek. The positions are strictly volunteer.

Your attendance is greatly appreciated. We have great momentum going right now and we want you all to be a part of it.

Sincerely,
CCHOA Board of Directors
