I’m an adult and I get sensory overload. I have 3 kids and I get sensory overload. I’m an introvert and I get sensory overload. I’m a working mom and I get sensory overload.

Do any of these sound familiar to you?

Sensory overload is when one or more of your body's senses experience over-stimulation from the environment. I'm a highly sensitive mom.

📍 Bethany All Abilities Playground (Bethany) – A shaded, inclusive, gated playground for kids of all abilities.

📍 KidSpace Park (Shawnee) – Shade, sports courts, and plenty of room for an all-day adventure.

📍 Myriad Botanical Gardens Children's Garden (OKC) – Trees, shaded play spaces, water features, and one of the most unique playgrounds in OKC.

📍 Eldon Lyon Park (Bethany) – A local favorite with mature trees, playgrounds, and lots of natural shade.

📍 Mitch Park (Edmond) – Large playgrounds surrounded by mature trees, walking trails, and plenty of shady spots to take a break.

📍 Martin Park Nature Center (North OKC) – Wooded trails, wildlife viewing, and some of the best natural shade in the metro.

📍 Stars & Stripes Park (OKC) – Lake views, shaded playground areas, and plenty of space to explore.

📍 The Gathering Place (Tulsa) – Massive playgrounds, endless activities, shaded seating, and fun for all ages.

🌳 Because "it's too hot to play outside" doesn't apply when you've got shade. 😎☀️
