Hey neighbors! Have you noticed anything new in our neighborhood this week?
We are excited to show off our new bus bench at Stop 133 located near Exchange Ave and Westwood Blvd!
After a neighbor shared the need for seating at this stop during our February neighborhood meeting, neighborhood leaders helped advocate for a more accessible and safe place to wait for EMBARK services. This is a great example of showing how our community can speak up, identify needs, and work together to make a difference.
As an SNI, Stockyards City is working toward becoming a safe, healthy, and attractive neighborhood for all- and this is a big first step in year one!
