2 YEARS SOBER TODAY. 🙏

September 4, 2024, I made a decision that changed my life.

Today marks 730 days sober.

It hasn’t always been easy. There were hard days, uncomfortable days, days I had to fight my own mind, and days where all I could do was make it through one more 24 hours. But I kept going.

I’m not the same person I was two years ago, and I thank God for that. I’ve learned that recovery isn’t about having a perfect life — it’s about refusing to go back to the life that was destroying you.

I’m grateful for every person who prayed for me, believed in me, encouraged me, called me out when I needed it, and stood beside me along the way.

Most of all, I thank God for giving me another chance.

2 years down. One day at a time. Still growing. Still fighting. Still grateful. 💪🙏

Most people don’t relapse because they want to.
They relapse because they get comfortable.
They stop doing the small things: – The check-ins
– The discipline
– The awareness
– The honesty with themselves
Then one day… it’s not a big decision.
It’s a small slip that turned into a fall.
Let’s be clear about something:
Sobriety isn’t something you achieve.
It’s something you protect. Every single day.
You don’t get to coast.
You don’t get to “take a break.”
You don’t get to forget where you came from.
Because the life you escaped?
It’s still waiting… patient as ever.
So today, you stay sharp.
You stay disciplined.
You stay intentional.
Not because it’s easy—
But because your life depends on it.

They laughed when I said I was done with the streets.
They doubted me when I said I was done with the bottle.
They disappeared when I chose healing over chaos.

But look at me now — focused, sober, and still standing.

This ain’t about being perfect. It’s about being real.
It’s about waking up every day and saying:
“I’m not going back.”
Not for friends. Not for love. Not for the high. Not for the money.
This is for me. For my peace. For my future.

Sober Intelligence isn’t just sobriety.

There were nights I didn’t care if I lived or died. Days I was so numb I forgot what peace even felt like. I lost people. I lost myself. I burned bridges, then watched the smoke and stayed in it.

But here I am. Still breathing. Still sober. Still pushing.
Not perfect—but present.
Not healed all the way—but healing every damn day.

This isn’t a highlight reel. This is survival. This is growth. This is what Sober Intelligence is really about. Not just staying off the dope, but learning how to live again.

If you’re in the dark right now, keep going. There’s light ahead. I promise.

I’m not out here trying to impress anybody. I’ve already survived what was meant to destroy me. I don’t need a crowd—I need peace. I don’t need fake love—I need real growth.
I used to run the streets looking for a high, now I run my mind looking for clarity. That’s the shift. That’s the level up.

This journey ain’t easy, but neither was staying stuck. Every day I choose to show up, stay sober, and build something real.
You don’t have to understand it… just respect it.

I’ve buried friends.

But I’m still here.
Not perfect.
