The MetroShoe Project is a 501(3)(C) non-profit organization founded by MetroShoe Warehouse. Established in July of 2012, in an effort to give back to the community that has supported our retail stores for over 15 years. In September 2012, The MetroShoe Project donated 1,000+ pairs of shoes to local children in need. In May of 2013, our state was struck by devastating tornadoes. It occurred to us
that our community was in need of assistance that only we could provide. Less than 24 hours after the horrific tornado that ripped through Moore Oklahoma we were onsite and prepared to put footwear and dry socks on as many victims as possible. A week later we donated over 1500 pairs of shoes. Since that time we have had countless vendors team up with us to give back. Quicksilver, Volcom, Roxy, and Clarks have all donated footwear and apparel to help the families in Oklahoma. As we rolling into the 2017-2018 school year, we feel fortunate to "shoe" 6 schools in Oklahoma City are Tulsa public school districts.
