OKWIL was founded in November 2011 by the Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association and was adopted through a national program founded in 2005 by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.Any associate from an OHLA member property is eligible to be an OKWIL member. In short, OKWIL's objective is to provide an opportunity to gain career momentum through mentoring, continued education, and networking and to serve the community through outreach initiatives.
