More than 15 student-athletes and coaches from five middle schools came together to attend the Oklahoma City Spark - AUSL Lunch & Learn hosted by OKCPS Athletics and Fields & Futures. Athletes and coaches heard from OKC Spark players where they shared their softball experience and advice for young athletes. Student-athletes were able to talk and share stories with OKC Spark players over lunch.

Student-athletes and their coaches received tickets to the AUSL game versus the Utah Talons.

This is the future of softball, and these moments fuel student-athletes to dream big.🥎

Fields & Futures teamed up with the OKC Spark to bring free softball opportunities to OKCPS students.

As the school year begins, student-athletes are ready for tryouts and a new season – but without dedicated coaches, many won't have the chance to compete.

In partnership with OKCPS Athletics, Oklahoma City Police Athletic League, and so many other community partners, we're working to get more kids on more teams. PAL is a vital part of that mission, building the pipeline of young athletes who will one day compete for their middle and high school teams.

It was an honor to partner with City Public Schools for Part 2 of its Coaches Development initiative earlier this week, where coaches from across the district came together for leadership sessions, collaboration, and the rollout of the new C4 Coaching Framework.

Investing in coaches is one of the best ways to strengthen programs, create positive team cultures, and help more students thrive through sports.

For over a decade, Northwest Lawn Maintenance OKC has partnered with Fields & Futures and Oklahoma City Public Schools to care for more than 60 athletic fields across the district, creating spaces where student-athletes can take pride in their schools and their teams.
