Meet Aaron & Nora Pickett—
"This past year, we’ve had the honor of serving as youth leaders, stepping in wherever God needed us. As time went on, we began to feel Him stirring something deeper—a new calling we couldn’t ignore.
Then, in what could only be God’s perfect timing, a word of confirmation was spoken over us… and just a couple of weeks later, we got a message from Pastor Jeff about a youth pastor position. We knew it wasn’t a coincidence—it was God’s hand guiding us. After prayer, interviews, and a lot of peace in our hearts, we officially accepted the role of youth pastor. We’re overwhelmed with gratitude and excited to keep pouring into the next generation with passion and purpose. God is so faithful." -Aaron & Nora Pickett 💙

KENYA MISSION TRIP // Days 4, 5 & 6 🇰🇪

Here are a few snapshots from our final days in Kenya!

On Sunday, we had the incredible honor of serving in different departments across two churches. It was a joy to be able to pour into their congregations and worship together.

Monday was a full day of ministry at a local school in the outskirts of Nairobi. We hosted a kids’ program, played games (including a soccer match we definitely didn’t win 😅), and loved on the students in every way we could.

We also had a chance to take in the beauty of Kenya with a fun visit to Nairobi National Park!

Tomorrow, our team begins the journey back to the U.S. Please keep us in your prayers as we travel. May the Lord seal every seed that was planted — both in the hearts of the people of Kenya and in our own team. 🙏🏾

KENYA MISSION TRIP // DAYS 2 & 3 🇰🇪
These past two days have been powerful. From walking through the beauty of Karua Forest, to sharing joy and hope at two incredible schools — Christian Life Elementary school located in Riruta and the Hashima center for special needs children — our hearts are full!
A true highlight was visiting mothers in their homes, bringing meals, and praying with them. God is moving, and we’re honored to be a part of it.

KENYA MISSION TRIP // DAY 1 🇰🇪 Our time in Kenya is going great! We got to help paint Calvary Christian Church kid’s zone. Getting to hang out with the Church’s kids ministry volunteer was such a blast!
