Weekly Wiggles – Week 4: Texture Path

Looking for a simple sensory activity that supports focus and calm? Try creating a texture path. This activity uses different surfaces to give the body clear sensory input and help with self-regulation.

A texture path can support balance, coordination, and body awareness. It is also great for transitions or quick resets during the day.

Use items you already have at home like fabric, bubble wrap, sponges, or mats to create a fun sensory experience.
