It is important that I show up every single week, even when there are zero RSVP's: there are the people who don't know if they will get out of work in time to attend. Then there are the new people who are anxious about committing to their first meeting. There are a million and one reasons people have for not RSVP'ing. I don't want an empty RSVP list to be the reason that someone didn't get to practice Spanish or learn about our group...

The Beginners last night were fierce! I tried to convince a number of them to start working towards the Intermediate meetings... I'm not sure they trust me that much yet 😆

Some of these Beginners are a lil nervous about graduating to Intermediate! Remember: Solid preparation will get you 95% of the way there. Asking me questions will get you another 3%. Your car will get you the last 2% of the way.

Advanced Meeting Highlights Blogpost!
Technically, this evening was designated as a Discussion Meeting, and we were planning on reading this month's lectura. But, when I saw that the RSVP list was empty (other than myself), I decided to bring a book to read and leave after a bit. But lo! A new person saw our meeting on the bookstore calendar and decided to take a peek. Then one of my VIP's showed up!
