At Dayspring Adult Day Services, "care" isn’t just a service—it’s in every detail of how we operate. ❤️
We are always looking for creative, engaging ways to keep our participants moving, growing, and thriving. Last Friday was a perfect example: Coach Justin and Coach Sage from Orangetheory Fitness Northwest Oklahoma City led a fun, customized workout session that had everyone moving, laughing, and showing off their moves—and even our staff got to join in on the fun!
Moments like these show the thought and heart behind what we do. We don't just provide a safe, supportive environment; we create moments of genuine joy, connection, and empowerment for everyone in our building.

Hands-on fun, active living, and unforgettable days.😊
Providing compassionate care means creating opportunities for our participants to explore, learn, and socialize out in the community and we believe every day should bring new experiences! Yesterday, our group headed over to Blue Zoo Aquatic Center to feed turtles, meet stingrays, and enjoy a day full of discovery and smiles.🐟💙 Blue Zoo Oklahoma City

Neffy became a CNA after caring for her grandmother and experiencing the joy of caring for someone who could not care for themself. Neffy loves helping others maintain their sense of purpose and dignity. She aims to bring joy to Dayspring participants each day.
