Applications Are OPEN! 🎉

The 2026–2027 Asian District Youth Board is looking for the next group of student leaders ready to make an impact in our community! 🧡

Now entering its 3rd cohort, the Asian District Youth Board brings together AANHPI high school Juniors & Seniors from across the Oklahoma City area to build leadership skills, connect with their community, and create meaningful experiences for Asian youth.

As a Youth Board member, students will help plan and lead the annual Asian Youth Empowerment Conference, while working alongside other young leaders to advocate for and celebrate Oklahoma’s AANHPI community.

✨ Who can apply?
• AANHPI high school Juniors & Seniors
• Students who are passionate about leadership, community, culture & service
• Students ready to collaborate, share ideas and make a difference

Applications are now open for the 2026 Asian Night Market Festival Cultural Fashion Show!

We are inviting individuals of all ages to proudly wear traditional or cultural attire that represents the rich diversity of Asian cultures. Whether your attire is worn for celebrations, honors your family's traditions, or reflects your cultural identity, we would love to see you take the stage.

📅 Fashion Show: Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM�📝 Applications close August 18 at 11:59 PM.

Participants must provide and wear their own cultural attire. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee selection, as participants will be chosen to showcase a wide variety of cultures and traditional attire.

🍜 Think you have what it takes?

Applications are now open for the 2026 Asian Night Market Festival Food Eating Competition, sponsored by Oshiki Japan!

We are looking for up to six contestants ready to take on the challenge of eating as many takoyaki as possible in just 10 minutes. The winner will be crowned our 2026 Asian Night Market Festival Food Eating Champion, take home the championship trophy, and win a $200 Visa Gift Card.

📅 Competition: Friday, October 2, 2026📝 Applications close August 18 at 11:59 PM.

Please note: Contestants must be 21 or older and have prior food eating competition experience to be eligible.

👑 Ready to take the stage?

Applications are now open for the first-ever K-Pop Dance Fundraising Competition at the Asian Night Market Festival!

We are looking for 10 contestants ready to showcase their talent, rally their supporters, and compete for the title of our inaugural K-Pop Fundraising Champion. Every vote is cast through a donation, with all proceeds benefiting the Asian District Cultural Association (ADCA).

The Asian District Cultural Association is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Cap Nguyen. Our hearts are with anyone who knew him, and everyone impacted by this heartbreaking event.

We know many in our community have concerns about public safety. We encourage residents, business owners, and community members to attend our monthly scheduled Community Public Safety Meeting with Oklahoma City Police Chief Ron Bacy on Wednesday, July 29, at 10:00 a.m. at Lee's Sandwiches. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and discuss ways we can work together to keep the Asian District safe.
