Oklahoma City continues to serve as a regional hub in energy innovation as Canadian clean technology company, Kathairos Solutions, selects the city for its U.S. headquarters.

Kathairos made its decision with the help of OKC’s proximity to customers and partners, as well as our region’s concentration of energy leadership, including local access to oil and gas regions and companies.

OKC’s skyline is growing!

From breaking ground on the new Continental Coliseum to the demolition of the old Myriad Convention Center to several new restaurants joining downtown OKC, the next several years will be filled with exciting new changes.

Boulevard Place, a long-anticipated housing development in downtown OKC, is moving forward, with construction expected to begin in the next few weeks.

Located at 20 W. OKC Blvd, near the Omni Hotel, Boulevard Place will bring 262 apartment units (including 36 apartments designated for workforce housing) to downtown. Once open, this development will help fill the city’s growing need for housing as our population continues to grow.
