Session Details

Although it is 2026, most people and employers tip toe around menopause like we are still in the mid 20 century. Menopause is real, it’s incredibly hard, and it is still a taboo topic. Leaving most women to suffer in silence. The Change is a real talk about the pain of menopause, how the science is evolving, and what employers SHOULD be doing about it.
