Windsor Hills Neighborhood Association Windsor Hills NA Windsor Hills is a well-established residential neighborhood located in the northwest part of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

It is situated roughly between from NW 36th Street on the north side to NW 26th street on the south side, and Meridian Ave on the east side to Ann Arbor Ave on the west side, Windsor Hills has been one of Oklahoma City's best neighborhoods for over 40 years. Known for our strong neighborhood association and outstanding community, we think that Windsor Hills is one of the best places to live in sta

te of Oklahoma. Windsor Hills is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and affordable housing options. The neighborhood features primarily single-family homes with a mix of architectural styles, including ranch-style houses and traditional two-story homes. The streets are lined with mature trees, and many properties have well-maintained yards. Residents of Windsor Hills enjoy convenient access to various amenities and services. The neighborhood is in proximity to several shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options along Northwest Expressway. Lake Hefner, a popular recreational area, is also located nearby, offering opportunities for boating, fishing, and picnicking. The community of Windsor Hills is active and involved in fostering a sense of belonging. The Windsor Hills Neighborhood Association organizes events and activities throughout the year to promote community engagement and unity. These events often include neighborhood clean-up initiatives, social gatherings, and holiday celebrations. From a transportation perspective, Windsor Hills benefits from its location near major thoroughfares, making it relatively easy to commute to other parts of Oklahoma City. Downtown Oklahoma City is approximately 15 minutes away by car, offering access to employment opportunities, cultural attractions, and sporting events. It's worth noting that neighborhood characteristics and available amenities can change over time. For the most up-to-date and specific information about Windsor Hills, I recommend reaching out to local real estate agents (Me!! Sharing for a neighbor- Our Maxey still has not come home. We are desperate to find him. If you have seen him or have him please contact us. OR please share and keep an eye out for him. Last seen Horn Valley Addition 12/24/2025. May have been picked up by someone in a black truck. We are offering a reward for his return!

Our Max is missing! And with him our heart. His Christmas presents are unopened. He got out on 12/24 near 23rd and Sara Road in Yukon (and no sightings). PLEASE if you have seen him or have him, please contact us. We are offering a reward! He is a two year French Mastiff. Weighs about 160-170 lbs. Is not neutered. Was wearing his black studded collar (tag had fallen out of holder). He is not microchipped or neutered (was scheduled so please don’t come at me). Any and all help (including prayers) MUCH MUCH appreciated!

Windsor Hills Neighborhood Association
Annual Dues for 2026 of $15.00
Due in January
The Windsor Hills Neighborhood Association by-laws state the $15.00 annual dues are for the year the fee is received. (January 1 - December 31, 2026). The fee is used to help keep our neighborhood upgraded. The board has used the funds for:
Repair Of the sign damaged by a car at Meridian and NW 30th
Purchase of new Burglar Beware signs throughout Windsor Hills
3 Rental of space for neighborhood meetings
Coffee and treats you enjoy at the meetings
Annual ice cream social
Appreciation dinner for neighborhood volunteers (those who deliver newsletters, patrol the neighborhood, help with lost pets and serve as officers of WHNA).
Funding the needed patrol supplies for those who help keep Windsor Hills one of the safest neighborhoods in Oklahoma City.
This year (2025) only 109 families paid their $15.00 dues. With over 700 homes in Windsor Hills, think what more could the board of directors do to improve our neighborhood, have more community and keep it a safe place to enjoy and raise our children if all would pay their dues. Note: to vote for officers of WHNA you must be a paying member.
You may bring your annual 2026 dues to the December 6, 2025 meeting at the Northwest Church of Christ on NW 23 just East of Meridian.
