Kristen serves as Director of Partnerships at RestoreOKC, a place-based Christian Community Development ministry in Northeast Oklahoma City. She builds strategic relationships with churches, businesses, and community leaders to support long-term neighborhood transformation rooted in dignity, opportunity, and belonging.
Jessica D. Johnson is Head Principal of Thelma R. Parks Elementary in Oklahoma City Public Schools and an experienced educational leader committed to transforming student outcomes. A Teach For America alumna, she leads with a focus on building strong systems of culture, effective instruction, and meaningful family and community partnerships. A proud graduate of Douglass High School and Langston University, Jessica is deeply committed to impacting Oklahoma City’s northeast community through leadership, mentorship, and advocacy. Together, Jessica and Kristen champion collaborative partnership as a catalyst for lasting community impact.

God calls us to create spaces where others feel seen, valued, and supported. This month, we’ll talk about what it looks like to build genuine relationships inside and outside of work, practice hospitality in leadership, and foster a sense of belonging that strengthens everyone involved.
