The Salvation Army case management helps individuals and families overcome crises, achieve stability, and build long-term independence through personalized care plans.

They will assess a client’s physical, financial, and emotional situation to identify specific challenges and create a step-by-step, individualized plan with clear goals.

As the client moves forward, case management will track the ongoing process and adjust support as needed.

As storms approach, our hearts and thoughts are with everyone living in the path of the hurricane.

We are keeping all affected communities in our prayers, along with the The Salvation Army of Florida response teams who are actively preparing to step in and support the areas that need it most. May safety, strength, and comfort surround everyone involved.

The Salvation Army Florida Division is mobilizing teams and resources ahead of Hurricane Isaias. Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach and Panama City Corps are preparing to serve. Please keep these Floridians and emergency responders in your prayers and follow local safety guidance. For those wanting to help in advance of the storm: bit.ly/3TNIios

We are so grateful for our partners at OG&E and their continued support of The Salvation Army. Their generosity helps us provide utility assistance to neighbors who are struggling to keep the lights on and the power running in their homes.

Thank you for helping us meet people where they are and making a meaningful difference in the lives of families across our communities.

Helping neighbors just got easier. The reimagined Lend a Hand program, along with a $135,000 match from the OGE Energy Corp. Foundation, will help customers get connected to support through trusted nonprofit partners, close to home. It’s never been easier to make an impact. Customers can give any amount when paying their bill via check, online, or on the OG&E app using a bank account. To donate by credit card, visit OGE.com/LendaHand or text OGELendaHand to 41444.

Foundation grants are funded through shareholder dollars, not customer rates, reflecting an ongoing commitment to reinvesting in the communities we serve.

Following 9/11, Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services USA workers and volunteers showed up moment after moment to serve people in need.

Their love, sacrifice, and service reflected the profound difference people can make when they choose to serve, even in the midst of unimaginable devastation.

25 years later, we remember their service and the lasting impact of their example.

Honor their legacy. Find your opportunity to serve: SalvationArmyVolunteer.org

Sometimes the best way forward is to go back.

Back to what matters.
Back to time with God.
Back to the calling He has placed on your life.

This October 23–25, step away from the demands of everyday life and join us at Camp Heart O’Hills for the AOK Divisional Men’s Retreat.

RETURN is more than this year’s theme. It’s an opportunity to slow down, recharge, worship, hear from God, and spend meaningful time with other men who are seeking to grow in their faith.

With worship, biblical teaching from special guest Dr. Matt Friedeman, outdoor activities, fellowship, and time to simply enjoy being at camp, this weekend is about making space for what matters most.

Don’t miss the opportunity to RETURN.

At the Pentagon after 9/11, Melvin Welch remembers a major desperately trying to reach his wife after she was trapped in the rubble. He would eventually learn that she was among those lost in the attack.

All around him, people were dealing with immense grief. The Salvation Army was there to offer a place to take a break, provide care, listen, and pray with those who needed support.

We can’t always change what someone is going through, but being there can make a difference. Find your way to serve at: https://www.salvationarmyusa.org/volunteer/
