Summer temperatures have arrived! Please be aware of heat exhaustion and heat stroke symptoms and act qu**ky if someone is in distress.
Many of our unhoused neighbors may need to come inside and sit down and cool off in air conditioning for a few minutes while waiting for help to arrive. If you can do so safely, please consider allowing them into your space if they are in distress.
Signs of Heat Exhaustion include:
• Feeling faint or dizzy
• Excessive sweating
• Cool, pale, clammy skin
• Nausea or vomiting

• Is nauseous or vomiting
