🎨 MONDAY MASTERPIECE

This piece has already sparked so many conversations…

So let’s try something different.

If you could describe this artwork using only three words, what would they be?

No explanations.

Just three words.

Then take a look through the comments—you’ll be amazed how differently everyone experiences the same piece.

Some pieces don’t just decorate a room.

They stay with you.

Long after you’ve walked away, you find yourself thinking about the colors, the story, or simply how they made you feel.

That’s the power of meaningful art.

Has there ever been a painting, sculpture, or piece of art that you still think about today? We’d love to hear about it in the comments. 🎨💙

It’s amazing what can happen because of one conversation.

One introduction.
One mentor.
One opportunity.

The Native art community has always been built on artists encouraging artists.

What’s the best advice someone has ever given you?

If you could go back and have one hour in Benjamin Harjo Jr.’s studio with him…

Would you:

🎨 Watch him paint.
🖌️ Ask him questions.
📚 Listen to stories.
👀 Simply take it all in.

Tell us which one you’d choose.

Every artist remembers the person who believed in them.

Sometimes it was a mentor.
Sometimes it was a collector.
Sometimes it was simply someone willing to open a door.

The Benjamin Harjo Jr. Artist Fund exists to be that encouragement for Native artists pursuing opportunities they may not otherwise have.

When you support the fund, you’re not just making a donation.

You’re telling an artist, “We believe in you.”

💙 Thank you for helping Native artists continue creating, sharing, and inspiring.

There’s something beautiful about a working studio.

Unfinished canvases.
Paint-covered tables.
Ideas still taking shape.

Not everything has to be finished to be meaningful.

Sometimes the process is just as inspiring as the masterpiece.

🎨 MONDAY MASTERPIECE

Imagine you’re seeing this piece for the very first time in a gallery.

You stop.

You look.

What would be the first question you’d ask the artist?

Leave your question in the comments.

Who knows… someone else may have been wondering the very same thing.

The best part of art isn’t always what’s hanging on the wall.

Sometimes it’s the conversations it starts.
The friendships it creates.
The communities it brings together.

Art has a way of connecting people who may have never crossed paths otherwise.

Who’s someone you’ve met because of a shared love for art?

The best part of an artist’s studio isn’t always what’s hanging on the wall.

Sometimes it’s the paint-covered table.
The unfinished canvas.
The brushes that have created hundreds of stories.

Creativity lives in the process just as much as the finished piece.
