SAF OKC is a 501C3 run by Muslim women and provide financial asssistance and resource management.

SAF OKC opened its doors in February of 2016 in the Mercy Mission Building in NW Oklahoma City. Recognizing the community need we have set our intentions to partner with other organizations an

d communities to assist women and children through a variety of humanitarian efforts including utility assistance, food assistance, gas/bus vouchers, referral assistance, resource center, diapers program, care packages, and client care services. Our vision is to be the leading Muslim women’s organization to help eliminate homelessness, poverty, and hunger through our services and care.

Surayya Anne OKC Story

The Surayya Anne Foundation, OKC started when a group of women who were involved with various humanitarian projects in the city decided to serve the community together as one. These women quickly realized that there was need for a local community driven resource center for women and children who were in difficult situations.

Inspired by the Tulsa branch of Surayya Anne , the Oklahoma City office began. Founded in February of 2016 the mission to assist women, children and families in disadvantaged situations regardless of race or religion; so that they may be able to achieve sustainable independence though a variety of services and partnerships was put into place.

The Foundation has proudly been able to maintain this standard to this day, and for that reason it has never been designated as a religious organization. It is a humanitarian organization and through this organization we do our part in helping our clients be the change to break the cycle of poverty and dependency. Since 2016 there has been a continuous growth in the number of programs that have been added to the roster of possible ways the foundation can reach out to the community.
