School is back in session, and so is after-school SPARK! As we open our doors again, we need your help! We can't operate the SPARK program without a few necessities, and those are only available to us because of donations from generous donors like you. If you'd like to help provide markers, library books, sports equipment, curriculum, or any of the many other supplies we use in SPARK, you can make a donation today through the link below! With summer winding down, we're looking forward to the weather cooling off, and to our favorite fundraiser: Help for Hope! We lost hosting this time in our own backyard for our volunteers and donors to come together with friends in the community to have a good time for a good cause. Our SPARK students have been having an incredible summer of reading, and today our friend Kadey from the Metropolitan Library stopped by to hand out prizes for the summer reading program! Every single one of our kiddos finished the program, and they couldn't believe how many books Kadey brought! We are so thrilled to have a community partner that helps our kids discover the incredible joy of reading!

Next Friday, July 31st, will be our Back to School distribution! The Urban Mission team believes that maximizing human potential doesn't stop at access to nutritious food. Equipping students with all the tools necessary to succeed ensures they enter the classroom ready to face the world. Parents of students from ages kindergarten to 12th grade are welcome to join our drive-thru line to pick up for their kiddos. The parking lot will open at 7:30 am, and we will begin distribution at 9 am, through 11:30 am. Parents & guardians MUST have IDs both for themselves and for each child for whom they wish to pick up supplies.
