We’re getting closer! 💙

This morning, Angela Holloway, Director of our Woodward regional office and one of the storytellers featured in the national People of Hope Museum, joined Living Oklahoma on FOX 25 to share a preview of what’s coming to Oklahoma City next week!

Angela’s story is one of 42 firsthand stories from Catholic Charities staff and volunteers across the country featured inside this immersive traveling museum — stories of compassion, service and how lives are changed when we choose to show up for one another.

👢 A little line dancing fun at Trinity Gardens!

Trinity Gardens, sponsored by Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, provides safe and affordable independent living for older adults in our community.

Recently, residents got moving, learned some steps and enjoyed time together during a line dancing session instructed by Olivia, a Catholic Charities volunteer. 💃

We’re grateful to Olivia for sharing her time and talents and helping create opportunities for connection, movement and fun for our residents!

We are deeply grateful to Inasmuch Foundation for this thoughtful tribute and, even more, for your steadfast partnership over the years. Your generosity and shared commitment to serving our neighbors have helped turn bold ideas like Caritas Casitas and the Sanctuary Women’s Development Center into places of hope, dignity, and new beginnings.

Patrick’s leadership has left an extraordinary legacy at Catholic Charities and throughout our community. We are grateful for the many partners, including Inasmuch Foundation, who have walked alongside us in this work. We look forward to continuing that partnership and building on the strong foundation Patrick helped create.

💙 200 hygiene kits. 24 women serving together. One beautiful act of love.

We are incredibly grateful to the Fall 2026 Women’s ACTS Retreat Team from St. John the Baptist Catholic Church for choosing Catholic Charities’ Sanctuary program for their service project.

Together, the team assembled nearly 200 hygiene kits for the women we serve. These kits provide practical necessities to our clients while also saving our staff valuable time—allowing them to focus even more on walking alongside women with compassion, dignity and hope.

But service has a way of touching everyone involved. As ACTS Retreat Director Yolanda Worth shared, the experience gave their team an opportunity to learn more about Sanctuary’s mission while serving and growing together.

“To be chosen when there are so many great places to serve in our community means so much to us,” said Sumer Kiser, Director of Sanctuary OKC. “The hygiene kits offer necessities our clients need and save our staff valuable time in putting them together. 200—WOW! We are incredibly thankful.”

Thank you to Yolanda and the entire Women’s ACTS Retreat Team for putting your faith into action and supporting the women we are blessed to serve. Please know how grateful we are for your generosity, your time and your prayers. ❤️

Please join us in congratulating Yolanda Angulo-Worth, director of housing for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, on being named one of the United Nations Association – Oklahoma City Chapter’s 2026 Women of Impact.

Yolanda was among 22 women recognized for advancing social outreach across diverse fields of service in Oklahoma City. Through her leadership, Catholic Charities continues working to create stable, affordable housing that allows individuals and families to rebuild their lives with dignity, hope and security.

Yolanda credits this recognition to the entire Catholic Charities team and the people who quietly transform lives each day through compassion, professionalism and faith.

We are grateful for Yolanda’s leadership and her commitment to putting the works of mercy into action.
