Thomas.
He is the power of fostering.
He is the heart of shelter medicine.

When Thomas was found, a string had been wrapped so tightly around his leg that his foot could not be saved — but his life could.

Because of the incredible veterinary team at OKC Animal Welfare, he healed.
Because of a foster who said “yes,” he learned comfort and love.

And today… he is no longer a shelter cat looking for a home.
He is someone’s family, because he has been adopted!

Thank you to the vet team who healed him.
